The Online Arbitration (Der Online-Schlichter)is an arbitration service assisting in disputes regarding online contracts, for example a service purchased via the internet. The Online Arbitration is neutral and independent.
The service is available to all European Union based consumers, in dispute with an online trader based in Baden-Wuerttemberg, Germany. The service is accessible online, this contributes to the speed and cost-effectiveness of the service.
