Department of Consumer Affairs within the Consumer and Competition Division
This scheme serves as a one-stop-shop for consumers wishing to obtain information about a particular consumer matter. In issues concerning the purchase of goods or services, it also acts as an out-of-court redress procedure.
Malta Financial Services Authority
This is another out-of-court consumer redress scheme dealing specifically with financial services through the Consumer Complaints Manager.
