Complaint Board for Hotel and Restaurant and Tourism (Ankenævnet for Hotel, Restaurant og Turisme)

BackThe complaint board for hotel, restaurant and tourism is a private organisation, who assists in complaints related to the industry. The board was established by HORESTA (trade association of restaurants and hotels) and the Consumer Council in Denmark. They can assist in disputes related to Danish service providers. Before submitting a complaint to the board, you must contact the trader directly. Should the traders response be unsatisfactory then the complaints board may be able to mediate.

There is an appeal fee of 150-kr, payable by the complainaint, unless the trader is a member of the trade association HORESTA
