The Travel Industry Complaint Board investigates complaints relating to trips organised or sold by companies based in Denmark, covering package holidays and accommodation services.

This covers at least two of the following (sold together):

• Transport
• Accommodation
• Other tourist services essential to part of the journey

The accommodation complaints can include:

• Hotel stays
• Rental of caravans or mobile homes
• Rental of houses

Before complaining to the board, you must contact the agent directly, giving them the opportunity to respond.
