National Union of Travel Agents (Syndicat National des Agences de Voyages SNAV)
The National Union of Travel Agents represents 70% of travel agents in France. Its objective is to ensure economic stability and social industry Tourism and Travel in France and Europe.
As such, "SNAV - The Travel Professionals" working closely with major institutional and tourism federations is a permanent member of ECTAA (European Group of travel agencies).
SNAV - The Travel Professionals" intervenes in disputes between professionals, and in the defense of the consumer, for example airline bankruptcies.
It also assists its members in the fields of law, social issues and tax .
