The Office of Competition and Consumer Protection

President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection is the central part of state administration in Poland. The requirement of the President of the OCCP is to shape antitrust policy and consumer policy.

As well as issues of competition, the Office of the President is also there to conduct proceedings in matters affecting the collective interests of consumers. Also under the Law of 16 February 2007 on competition and consumer protection, a penalty can be applied.
