The Complaint Board for Funeral Director Services provides assistance in connection with burials and Funerals. Complaints can relate to all aspects of the service, including gravestones and pricing discrepancies. In order to take your complaint to the board, you must have already complained directly to the service provider and they must have rejected the complaint either entirely or in part.
It costs DKK 150 to complain however this will be refunded if the complaint is fully or partially upheld.
