Complaints Board for Building Services (Byggeriets Ankenævn)

BackThe complaints board for building services (Byggeriets Ankenævn) investigates complaints from consumers over painting, masonry, carpentry, joinery, floor, kitchen, stonemason, thatch, drains, paving and groundworks as well as deliveries of windows, exterior doors and kitchen items. You can complain about the quality of work and / or social cost. The board is a private organisation and a complaint takes in total between 4-6 months.

When submitting a complaint you must include construction contracts, invoices, receipts for monies paid, any correspondence, your complaint and complaint fee. Your fee will be refunded if the case cannot be pursued or if costs are rewarded.
