Energy Supplies Complaints Board

(Ankenævnet for Fondsmæglerselskaber)

The Board is a private complaints board. The Board is created by the energy sector and the Consumer Council. They assist in disputes between the Energy suppliers and consumers.


Complaint Board for Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism

(Ankenævnet for Hotel, Restaurant og Turisme) 

The Board of hotel, restaurant and tourism is a private board of appeal established by HORESTA and the  Consumer Council.  The Board handles disputes relating to hotel, restaurant and tourist services.

The travel industry complaints board assist consumers who are in dispute with a trader or service provider in Denmark, regarding package travel and accommodation.


Complaint Board of Building Services

(Byggeriets Ankenævn)

Complaint Board of Building services investigates complaints from consumers over painting, masonry, carpentry, joinery, floor, kitchen, stonemason, thatch, drains and earthworks as well as deliveries of windows, exterior doors and kitchen items.

(Ankenævnet for Tekniske Installationer)

The complaint board for mechanical and electrical installations handles complaints from consumers regarding the installation of electrical and plumbing installations.
