Energy Supplies Complaint Board (Ankenævnet på Energiområdet)
The Board investigates complaints regarding the purchase and delivery of energy services from energy companies to consumers. Consumers must complain directly to their supplier first before contacting the board. When a complaint is brought to the energy supplies complaint board, there is a fee of 150DK, payable by the consumer however this is refunded if the complaint is successful.
