The European Consumer Centre for Services provides general information on consumer laws and rights when buying a service in another EU member state, as well as contact details for organisations that could provide practical assistance in the case of a dispute. This will make it easier for you to make more informed choices when buying services and therefore easier to choose a new and unfamiliar service provider.

Every effort is made to respond to your enquiry as quickly as possible, but at times of a high number of enquiries and requests for help, we may not respond as quickly as you - or we - would wish. Please be assured that we will respond to you as soon as we can.

Advice Bodies/Professionals

We are happy to provide leaflets if you are able to display them, have facility to pass on to consumers or would be useful in your professional role.

We can also provide presentation on the work that we do.  These are free of charge.  Please complete and return the Merchandise Form either by e mail or mail using the details above.
