The European Consumer Centre for Services provides general information on consumer laws and rights when buying a service in another EU member state, as well as contact details for organisations that could provide practical assistance in the case of a dispute. This will make it easier for you to make more informed choices when buying services and therefore easier to choose a new and unfamiliar service provider. Every effort is made to respond to your enquiry as quickly as possible, but at times of a high number of enquiries and requests for help, we may not respond as quickly as you - or we - would wish. Please be assured that we will respond to you as soon as we can. |
